About

I'm Nayeon Ko (Nina), a Singapore-based designer specializing in UI/UX and graphic design.

I explore how people interact with technology through thoughtful, creative solutions—ranging from digital interfaces to immersive experiences using 3D-based AR and VR. With a strategic mindset and a love for logical structure, I enjoy coding as part of my design process—this site was fully designed and built by me.

Experience

Created immersive agency web experiences through interactive UI and user-centered front-end design.

Collaborated with designers, marketers, and strategists to create digital and motion content for lifestyle and corporate brands. Designed social media visuals, pitch decks, and campaign assets that enhanced brand engagement and communication.

Created custom illustrations for clients across publishing, merchandise, and digital media over seven years of independent practice.

Led product design and front-end development for Omniversity, a multifunctional community app built with React Native. Responsible for the full design system, user flow architecture, and implementation of key UI components.

Active member of Croquis Club, a life-drawing and sketching community. Regularly participate in figure drawing sessions to strengthen observational skills and hand-eye coordination applied across design work.

Led a UI/UX study group focused on design principles, case studies, and hands-on prototyping. Organised weekly sessions, curated learning materials, and facilitated peer critique.

Represented by NOW Agency, participating in commercial and editorial shoots. This experience deepened understanding of visual storytelling, brand aesthetics, and the intersection of design and fashion.

Provided freelance graphic design services through Kmong, delivering branding, social media assets, and marketing collateral for a variety of clients.
